Olympics 2021 Opening Ceremony will be broadcast live in the United States

Now it is confirmed that the Tokyo Olympics 2021 is scheduled to begin from July 23rd to Sunday 8th August 2021. Preparations have already begun in some countries to broadcast the games live, to experience the live performance of their favorite athlete.

According to Japan Today, NBC (the official television broadcaster from the United States) will air the opening ceremony live for the residents of the USA.

The USA being the east coast country and taking into consideration the time difference, the ceremony will air at 7 am EDT in New York, while in the cities like Los Angeles, and the rest of the west coast it will air at 4 am PDT.

Earlier NBC live-streamed the 2018 Winter Olympics Opening ceremony from Pyeongchang South Korea, and this will be the first time NBC will cover Summer Olympics Opening Ceremony live from Tokyo in the Morning.

Also, one can enjoy and skip the live morning session as the channel will once again re-air the ceremony event on the same day at 7:30 pm EDT. NBC will telecast more than 7,000 hours of Olympics coverage and also live stream events on its official NBC Olympics website.
